Vision Awards

Winners of the Vision Award are selected by Tri Delta's Executive Board in recognition and appreciation for significant contributions made to Delta Delta Delta and the interfraternal movement.

CAROLYN BECKER
Dr. Carolyn Becker, Ph.D., FAED, is the mind behind one of Tri Delta's most exciting initiatives to date: Reflections: Sorority Body Image Program, the first peer-led eating disorder prevention program that has been proven to work. Carolyn originally created the Body Image Program with the sororities at Trinity University.

JOHN MOUNTZ
Tri Delta has long-considered safe and comfortable housing for our collegiate members to be one of our most important responsibilities, and John Mountz, Director of Greek Life at North Carolina State University, has been instrumental in helping Tri Delta fulfill all of its housing needs there.

SHELLY BROWN DOBECK
Shelly Brown Dobeck, Assistant Director of Greek Life at North Carolina State University, was instrumental in bringing Tri Delta to the NC State campus.

JOBBOUND - BRAD KARSH AND COURTNEY PIKE
Career guidance is one of the most important ways Tri Delta is able to assist its members in every possible way. To that end, Brad Karsh and Courtney Pike of JobBound have been an invaluable resource in helping Tri Delta meet that goal.

DOMINO GROUP – KARINA SHAVER AND JENNY GILCREST
When Tri Delta decided to be proactive in media outreach and bringing its messages and initiatives to the public, it partnered with The Domino Group. In working with Domino for the past two years, Tri Delta has identified its key messaging structure and created exercises for collegiate chapters to develop specific ways they complement our messaging to ensure a consistent image on all levels.

SOUTH CAROLINA – DR. ANDREW SORENSON
They say a true test of one's mettle comes in times of strife, and the same is true for Dr. Andrew Sorenson, president of the University of South Carolina. While he has been an amazing leader in his six years of presidency at South Carolina, he was a guiding light when the tragic fire in Ocean Isle Beach, N.C., claimed the lives of three Tri Delta sisters and two Sigma Alpha Epsilon brothers.
