Eve Woods Riley's latest Chairman's Message is posted online and it's about a serious topic: hazing. In response to an online reporter's questions, NPC compiled all of its governing policies and manuals on its stance on hazing. NPC also posted the complete responses on the home page of the NPC Web site, which were sent to a student at Cornell University. A podcast featuring a brief Q & A with Eve is also posted online.
