Bio:  Lucile, known as "Cile," has worked in nonprofit management and fundraising for over 10 years.

Cile began her undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University and her Tri Delta membership where she pledged the Delta Gamma chapter and was a pledge class officer. She transferred to Southern Methodist University her junior year and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and a minor in education.

While raising her children, Cile became a dedicated community volunteer and civic leader which naturally transitioned her into a professional development career.

Prior to joining the Delta Delta Delta Foundation staff in 2007, she served for 7 years as the Development Director and Executive Director of Texas Stampede, a nonprofit organization that benefits Children's Medical Center of Dallas.

Cile is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning. In 2008, she completed the Nonprofit Management Certificate program from Brookhaven College and the Center for Nonprofit Management Dallas, designed to provide executive education on nonprofit best practices in daily management of a successful nonprofit organization.

Cile is a Sustaining Member in the Dallas Junior League where she held several leadership positions during her active membership. She served on the Ronald McDonald House Dallas Board of Directors as President-Elect and is currently serving on the RMHD Advisory Board and the Family Assistance Foundation Board of Trustees. Cile is also active in her Presbyterian church in Dallas.

Job Description: The Director of Marketing and Communications plans and executes an integrative marketing plan for donor acquisition, retention and upgrade and to increase awareness of the Foundation's services. These efforts include digital, direct mail, print and special events.

Bio: Molly was born and raised in Dallas.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Southern Methodist University graduating at the top of her class.  Molly worked at a nationally renowned advertising agency, The Richards Group, as a Strategic Planner for brands such as Greyhound Bus Lines, MADD, and Metro PCS for several years and then as a Marketing Director at a REIT research firm before joining the Tri Delta Foundation at Executive Office.

Bio: Tawna has an Associates Degree in merchandising from Bauder College in Arlington, Texas.  She has also taken continuing education classes and seminars in supervising, office management and Microsoft Office at UT Arlington.  Most recently, Tawnya was an office/operations manager at an industrial packaging distributor/broker for ten years.  Prior to that, she spent 17 years in the food brokerage business as an administrative supervisor, where she performed various office administrative duties.  Seeking a change in careers brought her to the Tri Delta Foundation team.  Her interests include community theater acting, throwing theme parties and spa hopping.  She resides in Arlington with her husband and two cats, Pierre and Hamlet.

Job Description: As a member of the chapter services team, the Sr. Director of Chapter Services assists the Executive Board and Executive Director by directing chapter services and preparing information for all aspects of the collegiate area. Responsibilities include maintaining positive relations with collegiate chapter officers, regional personnel, university administrators and Executive Board members. The sr. director of chapter services also supervises the field consultant program, works with NPC delegation, and researches potential extension opportunities at potential host institutions. 

Bio: Ashley joined the Beta Xi chapter in the fall of 1999 at SFASU and obtained a general business degree upon graduation in December 2001. Ashley is very active in the North Dallas Area Alumnae Chapter for Tri Delta and the Plano Richardson Area Panhellenic Group. She enjoys spending time with her family, seeking creative outlets, and finding opportunities to help those less fortunate.

Job Description: As a member of the chapter services team, the chapter financial operations coordinator serves as a financial consultant to the collegiate chapters through planning, training and updating financial forms and procedures. The chapter financial coordinator also serves as the liaison for the Fraternity and the chapter's financial management system, Billhighway.

Bio: Michelle graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and was initiated in the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Delta Delta Delta. In the chapter, Michelle served as vice president/public relations, vice president/finance and vice president/chapter development. Outside of Tri Delta she also served as recruitment counselor for UT Arlington's Panhellenic Executive Board, was a member of Order of Omega, and the Dream Girl for Pi Kappa Alpha. In her free time outside of graduate school, Michelle enjoys all thing Texas, talking about Texas, and spending quality time with her miniature poodle, Mr. Big.

Bio: Jason hails from Shreveport-Bossier, La. and is a two time graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) in Nacogdoches, Texas. He graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor's Degree in communication-journalism/public relations and again in 2001 with a Master's Degree in communication. While at SFA, Jason was initiated into the Gamma Pi Chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity in 1996. He held the offices of executive vice president, vice president/finance and judicial board chairman. Jason is also a volunteer for his Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and the Undergraduate Inter-fraternity Institute. He has also been a campus professional as a Greek advisor. Outside of Tri Delta, Jason enjoys working out, laughing, travel, social media and saving the world one bow tie at a time.

Bio: Devyn was born and raised in Central Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and joined the Chapter Services Team in October 2011. She was initiated into the Theta Zeta chapter of Tri Delta. During her collegiate years, Devyn served her chapter as Sponsor Chair and Continuing Education Chair. Outside of Tri Delta, Devyn enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching college football (Hook 'Em!), missing Central Texas and wishing Dallas was a little closer to the beach.

Bio: Ashley is originally from Seattle, Wash. and attended Texas Christian University, graduating in 2006. She was initiated into the Phi Lambda Chapter of Delta Delta Delta in 2002 and served as the Panhellenic delegate, new member educator and chapter president during her colligate membership. Immediately following college, Ashley traveled as a Tri Delta field consultant; from there she transitioned into her current position with the Fraternity. Outside of Tri Delta, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, trips to the local coffee shop, yoga and going to the theater.

Job Description: As the Project and Design manager for Tri Delta, Liz provides creative direction for Tri Delta's total communications program and all visual elements associated with live events and programs. She creates all visual elements including design layout and photography for Fraternity publications, including the award-winning quarterly magazine and marketing materials. In addition, Liz serves as staff photographer and is responsible for maintaining the digital files of Tri Delta photography. She also provides art direction for electronic communications and graphics support for the Web site.

Bio: Liz joined the Delta Delta Delta Fraternity as a Theta Zeta and graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree from University of Texas in Austin. After graduation she moved to Dallas from San Antonio and has continued to work as a graphic designer for the last 20 years. Prior to working in the Executive Office Liz has worked for D and American Airlines Magazine, JCPenney Co., Inc. and has had her own business. She resides in East Dallas with her husband, daughter and 3 dogs.

Job Description: As a member of the communications team, the archives coordinator manages the archival process and preservation at Tri Delta's Executive Office. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a master archival plan at Executive Office, promoting the archives and history of Tri Delta through communication vehicles and publications and maintaining records/inventory of the antique badge collection.

Bio: Beth is a graduate of Texas Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in textiles. She was initiated into the Phi Lambda chapter in 1974. After college, she spent 13 years in advertising and marketing before "retiring" to stay home with sons Rory and Aaron. During her "retirement," she was active with the Junior League of Plano, Wipe out Kids Cancer, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, Cub Scouts and other organizations. Her ongoing interest in genealogy led to 17 years as a professional genealogist and historical researcher. Currently she volunteers at the North Texas History Center and is Fraternity education chairman of the Dallas Tri Delta Alumnae Chapter. She lives in Plano with her husband, Wayne, sons Rory and Aaron, and a beloved menagerie of two dogs and three cats who believe they are human.

Job Description: The Editorial Manager provides both creative direction and editorial vision for Tri Delta's communications. The Editorial Manager is responsible for the writing and editing of all Tri Delta communications including, but not limited to, The Trident, e-newsletters, mailings, manuals, brochures and programs. This position is also responsible for maintaining a current story idea bank and managing submissions from both chapters and individual members. The Editorial Manager also preserves the use of Tri Delta's Style Guide through all communications outlets.

Bio: Amanda Milford graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a bachelor's degree in psychology which she followed with a Master of Arts in English literature. While in graduate school, Amanda worked full time as a writer for the local newspaper and served on the staff of a local women's magazine. Prior to her position at Tri Delta Executive Office, she moved to Dallas to work with a nonprofit where she tutored high school students in writing and helped them realize their dreams of pursuing a college education. She lives with her two cats, Hamlet and Persephone, and enjoys traveling and reading.

Job Description: As supervisor of the customer relations team, the senior director of merchandise coordinates all Delta Shop marketing and sales. The director of merchandise also manages all phases of Delta Shop's growth and development. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring the Delta Shop yearly budget, supervising the "store front" organization and plans for storage of merchandise, preparing and giving Delta Shop presentations to various groups visiting Executive Office and establishing a yearly budget for Delta Shop. This person also works with Affinity Marketing to coordinate the Fraternity licensing/royalty program and with the official Fraternity jeweler on marketing all aspects of accessory jewelry.

Bio: Ashley graduated in 2002 from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor of Arts in speech communications. She was initiated in the Beta Epsilon chapter of Tri Delta in 1998. She served as philanthropy chairman, new member educator and president. Ashley has facilitated educational tracks at Tri Delta's Convention, Regional Leadership Conferences, Recruitment Boot Camp and the Undergraduate Interfraternal Institute. She also served as the House Corporation president and lifetime membership advisor for the Beta Epsilon Chapter. Outside of Tri Delta, Ashley is a certified MAC Pro makeup artist and spends her free time attending workshops and classes for MAC.

Job Description: In addition to general customer relations duties, the Delta Shop finance coordinator is responsible for managing all inventory, including inventory for road trips and Shop in a Box, and updating the Internet with inventory changes. As the main contact for customers, the Delta Shop finance coordinator processes all Internet and phone orders and enters/updates all gift certificates. Bio: Victoria is a Dallas native who was initiated into the Theta Kappa Chapter of Tri Delta at Southern Methodist University in 2006.  Victoria completed her degree at Texas Christian University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising in December 2009.  As a collegiate Victoria served as the performing arts chairman leading both the Song Group and creating skits for recruitment and on-campus events.  Outside of her position at Executive Office, Victoria enjoys collecting and reading fashion and design magazines, spending time with friends and family, dancing, musicals and playing with her dog, Tweed.

Job Description: The Executive Director serves as general manager of the Executive Office. This person manages the office and business affairs of the Fraternity by carrying out its goals and providing service to its members. The Executive Director works closely with the Executive Board to establish long-range plans for the Executive Office and develops a mission statement to define the role and scope of Executive Office services. Responsibilities also include custody of the funds and securities of the Corporation, CEO for National House Corporation, Executive Director for The Center for Living, Learning & Living, assisting the finance director in supervising the financial affairs of The Trident, serving as a member of the Fraternity council and representing the Fraternity in professional organizations through membership and attendance at Conventions and/or conferences.

Bio: A member of Tri Delta since 1972, Cari has a long history of Fraternity involvement. She has served the national Fraternity as an Alumna Advisor for Beta Epsilon, collegiate district officer, social programs chairman, associate director and collegiate vice president. Cari joined the Executive Office staff in 1992 as a meeting coordinator and moved onto her current position as Executive Director in 1993. Prominent in the Greek community, Cari has served on the Association of Fraternity Advisors Foundation Board, Fraternal Programming Information Group, Fraternity Executives Association, National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), and the NASPA Fraternity and Sorority Knowledge Community. In 2005, Cari received the Kappa Alpha Order Interfraternal Spirit Award. She currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband, Jim, and their dogs Bailey and George.

Bio: Shirley joins Tri Delta after a 30 year career in the oil and gas industry, where she served as executive assistant for a professional land association. She has been a member of the Desk & Derrick Club of Fort Worth for 27 years where she served on the national, regional and local levels as committee chairmen and officer. She attended Tyler Jr. College and majored in business administration. Shirley is a member of the Shady Oaks Baptist Church in Hurst and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Job Description: Part of the Fraternity team, the finance coordinator is responsible for Fraternity financial areas, bookkeeping and accounting practices. This includes maintaining account balances, reconciling bank statements, processing payments, and handling payroll and bookeeping for The Center. The finance coordinator also maintains the balances of the Collegiate Chapter Reserve Fund, the State Meet Fund, the Collegiate Chapter Convention Reserve Fund, the house corporation, chapter, and student loan balances. Responsibilities also include monitoring the income from Delta Shop, categorizing and maintaining insurance policies related to Tri Delta employees, and payroll.

Bio: An Executive Office employee for the past six years, Collette graduated from a private college in Michigan with her associate's degree in accounting. After graduation, she worked for seven years as an HR Block tax office manager. In 2002, Collette was honor initiated into the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Tri Delta. In her free time, Collette enjoys sewing and smocking.

Job Description: As director of member services, Melody oversees the membership department consisting of alumnae relations, collegiate relations, membership records and membership status. As the director, she serves as the Fraternity management coordinator in charge of the office's computer network and database maintenance. All vendor data requests and magazine subscriptions are handled by her.

Job Description: The senior director of operations oversees the day-to-day management of all aspects of National House Corporation (NHC), Park Street Properties and the NHC staff. Bio: Mari Ann worked in higher education for 16 years, and most recently served as an assistant professor and student affairs program coordinator at Mississippi State University. She has served in numerous volunteer positions including as a NPC Delegate and past National President for her sorority, Theta Phi Alpha. She has presented more than 500 workshops on fraternity and sorority leadership, team building and values.

Mari Ann holds an undergraduate degree in political science from Loyola University, New Orleans, and a Masters of Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Research at Louisiana State University. Tri Delta's Executive Office staff supports the work of the Fraternity. Field Consultants are a part of the Chapter Services team.

Using independent judgment, and working without immediate supervision, the field consultant provides consultation and advice to collegiate chapters in an assigned region to provide effective chapter management, including public relations, educational programs, administrative operations, and recruitment and retention. The field consultant facilitates new initiatives with chapters and serves as a catalyst for change.

She attended the University of Central Florida where she joined Beta Lamba chapter of Tri Delta and majored in Elementary Education.
