Job Description: As the Project and Design manager for Tri Delta, Liz provides creative direction for Tri Delta's total communications program and all visual elements associated with live events and programs. She creates all visual elements including design layout and photography for Fraternity publications, including the award-winning quarterly magazine and marketing materials. In addition, Liz serves as staff photographer and is responsible for maintaining the digital files of Tri Delta photography. She also provides art direction for electronic communications and graphics support for the Web site.
Bio: Liz joined the Delta Delta Delta Fraternity as a Theta Zeta and graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree from University of Texas in Austin. After graduation she moved to Dallas from San Antonio and has continued to work as a graphic designer for the last 20 years. Prior to working in the Executive Office Liz has worked for D and American Airlines Magazine, JCPenney Co., Inc. and has had her own business. She resides in East Dallas with her husband, daughter and 3 dogs.

Job Description: As a member of the communications team, the archives coordinator manages the archival process and preservation at Tri Delta's Executive Office. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a master archival plan at Executive Office, promoting the archives and history of Tri Delta through communication vehicles and publications and maintaining records/inventory of the antique badge collection.
Bio: Beth is a graduate of Texas Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in textiles. She was initiated into the Phi Lambda chapter in 1974. After college, she spent 13 years in advertising and marketing before "retiring" to stay home with sons Rory and Aaron. During her "retirement," she was active with the Junior League of Plano, Wipe out Kids Cancer, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, Cub Scouts and other organizations. Her ongoing interest in genealogy led to 17 years as a professional genealogist and historical researcher. Currently she volunteers at the North Texas History Center and is Fraternity education chairman of the Dallas Tri Delta Alumnae Chapter. She lives in Plano with her husband, Wayne, sons Rory and Aaron, and a beloved menagerie of two dogs and three cats who believe they are human.

Job Description: The Editorial Manager provides both creative direction and editorial vision for Tri Delta's communications. The Editorial Manager is responsible for the writing and editing of all Tri Delta communications including, but not limited to, The Trident, e-newsletters, mailings, manuals, brochures and programs. This position is also responsible for maintaining a current story idea bank and managing submissions from both chapters and individual members. The Editorial Manager also preserves the use of Tri Delta's Style Guide through all communications outlets.
Bio: Amanda Milford graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a bachelor's degree in psychology which she followed with a Master of Arts in English literature. While in graduate school, Amanda worked full time as a writer for the local newspaper and served on the staff of a local women's magazine. Prior to her position at Tri Delta Executive Office, she moved to Dallas to work with a nonprofit where she tutored high school students in writing and helped them realize their dreams of pursuing a college education. She lives with her two cats, Hamlet and Persephone, and enjoys traveling and reading.
