Job Description: The Executive Director serves as general manager of the Executive Office. This person manages the office and business affairs of the Fraternity by carrying out its goals and providing service to its members. The Executive Director works closely with the Executive Board to establish long-range plans for the Executive Office and develops a mission statement to define the role and scope of Executive Office services. Responsibilities also include custody of the funds and securities of the Corporation, CEO for National House Corporation, Executive Director for The Center for Living, Learning & Living, assisting the finance director in supervising the financial affairs of The Trident, serving as a member of the Fraternity council and representing the Fraternity in professional organizations through membership and attendance at Conventions and/or conferences.
Bio: A member of Tri Delta since 1972, Cari has a long history of Fraternity involvement. She has served the national Fraternity as an Alumna Advisor for Beta Epsilon, collegiate district officer, social programs chairman, associate director and collegiate vice president. Cari joined the Executive Office staff in 1992 as a meeting coordinator and moved onto her current position as Executive Director in 1993. Prominent in the Greek community, Cari has served on the Association of Fraternity Advisors Foundation Board, Fraternal Programming Information Group, Fraternity Executives Association, National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA), and the NASPA Fraternity and Sorority Knowledge Community. In 2005, Cari received the Kappa Alpha Order Interfraternal Spirit Award. She currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband, Jim, and their dogs Bailey and George.

Job Description: Shirley serves as the direct assistant to the Executive Director and coordinator of special events for the Fraternity and Executive Office. She coordinates the planning and development of Executive Board meetings, field consultant training and other visits to Executive Office by officers and volunteers as directed by the Executive Director.
Bio: Shirley joins Tri Delta after a 30 year career in the oil and gas industry, where she served as executive assistant for a professional land association. She has been a member of the Desk & Derrick Club of Fort Worth for 27 years where she served on the national, regional and local levels as committee chairmen and officer. She attended Tyler Jr. College and majored in business administration. Shirley is a member of the Shady Oaks Baptist Church in Hurst and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Finance Coordinator

Job Description: Part of the Fraternity team, the finance coordinator is responsible for Fraternity financial areas, bookkeeping and accounting practices. This includes maintaining account balances, reconciling bank statements, processing payments, and handling payroll and bookeeping for The Center. The finance coordinator also maintains the balances of the Collegiate Chapter Reserve Fund, the State Meet Fund, the Collegiate Chapter Convention Reserve Fund, the house corporation, chapter, and student loan balances. Responsibilities also include monitoring the income from Delta Shop, categorizing and maintaining insurance policies related to Tri Delta employees, and payroll.
Bio: An Executive Office employee for the past six years, Collette graduated from a private college in Michigan with her associate's degree in accounting. After graduation, she worked for seven years as an HR Block tax office manager. In 2002, Collette was honor initiated into the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Tri Delta. In her free time, Collette enjoys sewing and smocking.

Responsibilities also include processing and sorting incoming mail, totaling and routing checks, and maintaining the reception and archive area in the front office. The receptionist may also assist the membership records assistant in proofing name and address changes when needed and will also process all reference requests and answer reference questions.
Bio: Mary Ann Pippin Bush, Texas Tech, is a former adviser to Phi Eta chapter and formerly served in various offices of alumnae chapters in Lubbock and Arlington, Texas. A retired elementary school teacher, she has been a morning receptionist at Executive Office for more than 10 years. She is the mother of Brandee Bush Wade, Texas Tech, and Brenda Obregon. She has two grandsons, Cole and Tyler Wade.

Bio: Mary Ruth worked for many years as a teacher at several schools throughout Texas. She is past president of her local alumnae chapter and has worked at Executive Office for more than ten years. Mary Ruth lives in Arlington and has one lovely daughter and two beautiful granddaughters.
