Tri Delta's Executive Office staff supports the work of the Fraternity. Field Consultants are a part of the Chapter Services team.
Using independent judgment, and working without immediate supervision, the field consultant provides consultation and advice to collegiate chapters in an assigned region to provide effective chapter management, including public relations, educational programs, administrative operations, and recruitment and retention. The field consultant facilitates new initiatives with chapters and serves as a catalyst for change.

Bio: Chelsea Gauchman was born in Boston and raised in Palm
Harbor, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida where she
joined Beta Lamba chapter of Tri Delta and majored in Elementary Education.
Chelsea served her chapter as Greek Philanthropies Chair, Vice
President/Administration and Collegiate Chapter President. In addition to her
involvement with Tri Delta, Chelsea was a member of the Student National
Education Association and taught a weekly science camp at a local homeless
shelter as well as a kindergarten class. She enjoys dancing, cooking, and being
with friends.

Bio: Erin is from Ormond Beach, Florida. She attended the University of South Florida where she majored in Business with concentrations in Accounting and Marketing. As a member of Beta Alpha Chapter, Erin served as VP/Finance, New Member Educator, and Collegiate Chapter President. Erin also served her campus as Panhellenic President. She enjoys running, the beach, spending time with family, and feeding her addiction to Etsy. Erin can't wait to travel the South Central region!

Bio: Kara is originally from Frisco, Texas. She attended Oklahoma State University where she joined Phi Upsilon Chapter. Kara majored in University Studies and minored in Health Education and Promotion. She served her chapter as Music Chairman, Collegiate-Alumnae Relations Chairman, and Continuing Education Chairman. Outside of Tri Delta, Kara served as secretary and president for OSU's Health Promotion Club and participated in university skits and shows. In her free time, Kara can be found supporting Oklahoma State Cowboy football or watching some of her favorite shows.

Bio: Lizzy is originally from Memphis and attended the University of Tennessee, where she joined Delta Sigma Chapter of Tri Delta. Lizzy majored in psychology and served her chapter as New Member Educator and Collegiate-Alumnae Relations chair. Outside of Tri Delta, Lizzy was involved in Student Alumni Associates, Mortar Board and Panhellenic Council, serving as Panhellenic President her senior year. Lizzy was named UT's Panhellenic Woman of the Year for 2011-2012. Lizzy loves watching sports, spending time with family and friends, baking, and running.

Bio: Margo is from Seattle. She majored in Communication Studies at Loyola Marymount University and is a member of Epsilon Zeta Chapter. Margo served her chapter as Activities Chairman, Vice President/Chapter Development and Collegiate Chapter President. While in college, Margo also served Tri Delta as one of two collegiate representatives on the Leadership Development Committee for the 2010-2012 biennium. At LMU, Margo was involved in Ignatians, a community service organization, and worked at the student newspaper.

As a member of Phi Nu Chapter, Sara served as Body Image Coordinator, Vice President/Public Relations, Vice President/Membership, and Vice President/Administration. Sara was also a member of the Ragin' Jazz dance team, Student Government Association, Student Orientation Staff, SOUL Camp lead student mentor, UL's study abroad program, and Blue Key Honor Society. Sara enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping up with the latest fashion trends and traveling abroad.

Bio: Skyla is from Bellingham, Washington. She attended the University of Idaho where she majored in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Skyla served Theta Tau chapter as Philanthropy Chairman, Reference Chairman, Social Chairman, and Collegiate Chapter President. Outside of Tri Delta, Skyla was a member of the Dean's Student Advisory Board and interned with both the College of Business & Economics and the University Human Resource Department. Skyla likes hanging out with friends, exploring Pinterest and catching up on her favorite TV shows.
