Melody Moncrief Huffman
Sr. Director of Member & IT Services
Job Description: As director of member services, Melody oversees the membership department consisting of alumnae relations, collegiate relations, membership records and membership status. As the director, she serves as the Fraternity management coordinator in charge of the office's computer network and database maintenance. All vendor data requests and magazine subscriptions are handled by her.
Bio: Originally from Tulsa, Okla., Melody attended Oklahoma State University. She has now been a Texas resident since 1984. An honor initiate and Life Loyal member, Melody has worked for Executive Office since March, 1988. She has four grown children and one amazing grandchild who actively participates in the Special Olympics.
Nelda Lee LeCompte
Membership Records Assistant
Job Description: As part of the member services team, the alumnae relations assistant helps with the coordination of alumnae chapter activities and works with alumnae volunteers. This position involves responsibility for all phases of the alumnae chapter records and reports and maintenance of alumnae chapter files as well as updates and maintains records for collegiate chapter officers. Additionally, this person updates and maintains records of Fraternity volunteers and assists Lifetime Membership Experience Chairman in developing a training program for Alumnae Specialists.
Bio: Nelda LeCompte, who attended the Goldey-Beacom Business College, has worked at Executive Office for more than fifteen years and was proud to become a Life Loyal honor initiate of Texas/Arlington in 2002. She lives with her husband Lee in Arlington, Texas, and has one son and two wonderful grandchildren. In her spare time, Nelda enjoys antiquing and particularly loves collecting crystal and clocks.
Job Description: The Technology Assistant t helps maintain the computers in the office, supports staff on software issues, assists the Tri Delta community with web site log in issues and support e-learning efforts.
Bio: Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Woman's University. After college, I worked in the computer industry and for the past twelve years my career has been in training both technical and soft skills training for various corporations.
Collegiate Relations Assistant
Job Description: As part of the member services team, the collegiate relations assistant works with collegiate chapters to collect dues and fees owed to the Fraternity. In addition, this person collects new member and initiation information and also processes all official jewelry orders.
Bio: Carla is a 38-year-old life long resident of Arlington, Tex. She has been married for 13 years and is a graduate from the University of Texas/Arlington with a degree in Accounting.
Jamye Williams Larson
Alumnae Relations Assistant

Membership Discipline Coordinator
Job Description: Dawn assists the Membership Team and financial specialists by processing financial terminations, member disciplinary terminations, reinstatements, appeals and maintains reports for membership statistics.
