Sr. Director of Operations
Job Description: The senior director of operations oversees the day-to-day management of all aspects of National House Corporation (NHC), Park Street Properties and the NHC staff. Additionally, the director supervises and recruits housing specialists and NHC financial specialists and serves as a resource to local house corporations. Responsibilities include setting rents, maintaining financial statements, coordinating the annual audit, and assisting the CEO as liason with legal counsel, CPA, insurance, investment counsel, banks and all other advisors.
Bio: Jennifer graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and was initiated in the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Delta Delta Delta. In the chapter, Jennifer served as treasurer, vice president/finance and vice president/chapter development. As an alumna member, she has been a financial specialist, finance and administration advisor, and house corporation board member. Jennifer has facilitated educational tracks at three Tri Delta Conventions and two volunteer symposiums. Jennifer began working for the Fraternity as the afternoon receptionist while still in school. After graduation, she began working for the Chapter Services department where she was the chapter financial coordinator. After two years with the Fraternity, Jennifer eventually began working for National House Corporation and Park Street Properties. Jennifer and her husband Brandon live in Granbury, Texas with their daughter, Presley.
Director of Properties
Job Description: Erin coordinates the renovation and all major and minor repair projects; serves as liaison between vendors and NHC; assists chapters with food service; visits NHC properties once every three years; and assists the senior director of Operations to make the transfer of property into NHC a smooth process.
Bio: A Fort Worth native, Erin began working for Delta Delta Delta NHC in August 2007. Erin earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Tarrant County College in 2005. Prior to her work for NHC, Erin worked professionally in finance administration for Capital One Bank. Erin is one of seven children and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
Job Description: Lyndsay manages the finances for National House Corporation and all of its subsidiaries. This includes maintaining account balances, reconciling bank statements, invoicing chapters and processing payments.
Bio: Lyndsay graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor of science in finance. She was initiated in the Theta Tau chapter of Delta Delta Delta. Some of the offices she held as a collegiate include president, vice president of finance and sponsor chairman. Lyndsay has served as the finance and administration advisor and as the alumnae advisor for the Tri Delta chapter at Auburn University. Outside of Tri Delta, she enjoys snow skiing, traveling and spending time with friends. Lyndsay is originally from Idaho, and now lives in Dallas.
Job Description: Whitney is responsible for the collection, analysis, and database management of all house corporation and chapter reports. Whitney is also responsible for accounts payable including invoicing and processing payments.
