Kim Littlefield Dowd
Kim Littlefield Dowd, Arizona State, has remained active as Fraternity volunteer ever since graduating from Phi Omega Chapter in 1988. After traveling for Tri Delta as a field consultant, Kim has served on various committees, including the Bylaws Committee and Nominating Committee, and she has chaired the Extension Committee, Sarah Ida Shaw Award Committee, and Collegiate Chapter Awards Committee. She currently serves as Ritual Chair, a part of the newly appointed Ritual Innovation Team.
Elena Luca, Miami/Florida, graduated from the University of Miami with dual bachelor’s degrees in microbiology and psychology. At the University of Miami she was initiated into Alpha Chi Chapter. Her current professional work is in the field of science — she is a vice president for a private research center specializing in amino acids as they relate to clinical and sports nutrition. She also continues her philanthropic education with courses and programs in the field of nonprofit fundraising.
Chloe Johnston, Virginia, runs her own fashion tour company, Chloe Johnston, which provides shopping tours in Paris, France. After graduating from LIM Fashion College in New York with an MBA in fashion entrepreneurship, Chloe wanted to share her love of Paris and shopping in Paris with others.
Tri Delta’s volunteer force is what keeps Tri Delta vital and ensures that the future of the Fraternity remains stable. Without our incredible volunteers, Tri Delta’s innovative programming and opportunities for personal growth and development would not be possible.

Tri Delta volunteers are called upon to practice leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
