Awards and Scholarships

Tri Delta members gain access to a number of award and scholarship opportunities through the Fraternity, the Delta Delta Delta Foundation, Tri Psi - Tri Delta's mothers' sorority, The Center for Living, Learning & Leading and the National Panhellenic Conference.

IMG_1380.JPGCollegiate awards such as the Sarah Ida Shaw Award, Eileen Blaine Rudolph Academic Award and the New Member Academic Award are selected once per year or semester, depending upon the award's requirements. Each award has unique qualifications that recognize the member for her achievements.

Eileen Blain Rudolph Scholarship Award
This award recognizes the member with the highest grade point average (GPA) at the end of her junior year. This award is given during the fall semester.

The New Member Academic Award
This award is given to the new member with the highest GPA at the end of the first semester she was a member.

These awards are sponsored each year by an alumnae chapter. Alumnae chapters may sponsor any collegiate chapter(s) not already sponsored by another alumnae chapter. This is a great way to promote collegiate/alumnae relations and highlight the importance of academics. For more information about sponsoring a chapter award contact Liz Purdy Porter.

Scholarships and grants are awarded for academics, leadership and educational programming.
