The deadline for the 2013-2014 Field Consultant application process is November 15, 2012.
Ask your Alumna Advisor and Collegiate District Officer to complete the field consultant recommendation form and forward it to Executive Office.
Submit one additional letter of recommendation from the Greek Advisor (or similar official) on your campus, faculty member or employer. This letter should be sent directly to the Chapter Services department at the address listed above.
