National Panhellenic Conference Extension Guidelines

Tri Delta is a founding member of the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), which is the governing body for all 26 inter/national women’s fraternities.  There is a process outlined by the NPC which governs the Tri Delta extension process.  The NPC is involved to ensure the campus community could sustain the establishment of an NPC organization. 

• NPC guidelines state that on campuses where more than two NPC groups exist and where a Panhellenic Council has been formed, extension needs to be approved by both the campus Panhellenic Council and the NPC before an extension project can proceed.
• If no Panhellenic Council exists on campus, the college/university administrators must approve the request for NPC extension.
