Chapter Advisor Track

This track is designed to help advisors better understand how they enrich the collegiate experience while enhancing the story of Tri Delta.  We’ll cover all the basics, from understanding how to work with women, crisis management, fostering a stable chapter, utilizing volunteers, the many facets of team dynamics (between House Corporation and advisors), and the unique rewards and challenges of working with today’s collegians.
