The Leadership Development Committee is elected by the membership to propose a slate of visionary leaders who will enable the Fraternity to grow, achieve and serve her communities well. The Leadership Development Committee will work to ensure that the Executive Board slate has the right people with the right mix of skills to provide strategic direction and oversight to the Fraternity.
The Leadership Development Committee is also responsible for proposing a slate for the next Leadership Development Committee.
Five alumna members are elected by the Convention to serve a two-year term and two collegiate representatives are selected by the Leadership Development Committee to serve a one-year term.
The term for the Collegiate Representative begins May 1 and ends July 31.
