Sisters' passionate philanthropic spirit has been evident since the very beginnings of our sorority!Over time, this selfless inspiration has expressed itself through a growing range of organized initiatives benefiting sisters and our society.
1942: Service Projects, Tri Delta's first official scholarship program, begins to award financial assistance to collegians.
1952: The Crescent Fund is established to assist alumnae in dire financial need.
1986: The Delta Delta Delta Foundation is incorporated as a 501(c) (3) public charity to receive tax-deductible contributions for charitable and educational purposes. The Foundation consolidates Service Projects, the Crescent Fund and the Founders' Anniversary Fund under its umbrella.
1996: A $1.5 million capital campaign is launched to fund a new Fraternity Executive Office and $750,000 in grants benefiting chapters and sisters.
2000: The Collegiate Crescent Fund establishes emergency financial grants for collegiate members.
2008: The Tri Delta Foundation celebrates its 20th anniversary!
