Financial Specialist's (FS)
We are actively seeking volunteers
for both the Northeast and the Central region to serve as a financial specialist.
A financial specialist shall oversee the financial activities, health and
progress of specified collegiate chapter. Most financial specialist
oversee 5 chapters.
Collegiate District Officer (CDO)
The central region is
currently seeking an alumna to serve as CDO for three chapters. The ideal
candidate will have already served as a chapter advisor and have a solid
understanding of chapter mechanics. The CDO
oversees collegiate chapter management and collegiate members in her
district. As the collegiate chapter's main point of Fraternity contact,
the CDO coordinates additional team support needed by the collegiate
chapter.
Alumnae Specialists (AS)
Our West and South Central regions are
seeking individuals to serve as alumnae specialist. The AS assist assigned
alumnae chapters and its members to ensure an engaging and relevant alumnae
experience.
Alumna Advisor (AA)
Tri Delta is currently seeking members
to serve as AA at the University of Florida, James Madison University and Stockton. The ideal candidate will live within 30 minutes or less of the
chapter and will be able to attend both chapter meetings and standards. The
alumna advisor is the chairman of the advisory team and supervises the
collegiate chapter. She provides guidance and support to designated
officers. She focuses on the chapter's leadership development and the
chapter's image in various communities. She is knowledgeable in matters
of positive public relations and crisis management. She participates in
the recruitment and training of new advisors and ensures that the chapter is a
contributing member to the university community.
Finance and Administrative Advisor (FAA)
Tri Delta is
seeking volunteers for North Carolina State and UCLA to serve in the capacity
of FAA. This position can be split amongst two volunteers allowing one to focus
on finance and the other to focus on the administrative piece. NC State is
specifically seeking a volunteer to oversee the financial piece of this
position. The finance and administration advisor is a member of the advisory
team. She provides guidance and support to designated officers. She
is knowledgeable in the accreditation process, chapter member record
maintenance, Tri Delta property administration and chapter financial
mechanics. She assists with house director and National House Corporation
(NHC) communication.
Lifetime Membership Advisor
The University of Texas - Austin is seeking a local alumna
to serve as their Lifetime Membership Advisor (LMA). The LMA provides guidance
and support to designated officers. She provides continuity to the
chapter new member orientation to alumnae membership through recruitment,
member development and continuing education. She emphasizes adherence to
Fraternity policies and Tri Delta's Ritual. She is familiar with
recruitment procedures and the member development initiative. She
encourages the use of campus, community and Fraternity resources. To be
considered you must be at a minimum of four years post graduation.
