Announcing the Collegiate LDC representatives

The Leadership Development Committee (LDC) works to evaluate and cultivate Fraternity leadership for service in elected and appointed positions. Their main responsibility is to slate Tri Delta's next Executive Board and succeeding LDC. The committee's goal is to help all Tri Delta women grow as leaders, allowing sisters the ability to nominate themselves - or others - for leadership positions.

Two collegiate members are selected each year to service on the committee. The collegiate LCD Representatives for 2011-2012 are:

Margo Jasukaitis, Loyola Marymount
Jasukaitis.jpgOriginally from Seattle, Wash. Margo currently serves as collegiate chapter president of the Epsilon Zeta chapter, and also has held the positions of vice president/chapter development and activities chairman. On campus, Margo is the assistant news editor for her school newspaper, the Los Angeles Loyolan, and is a member of the Ignatians Service Organization. She will graduate in spring 2012 with a degree in communication studies, including a minor in business administration.



Lisa Weatherbie, Colorado
Weatherbie.jpgLisa is originally from Centennial, Colo. and currently serves as new member educator for the Theta Beta chapter. In the past, Lisa has also held the positions of philanthropy chairman and house manager. On campus, Lisa is a member of the senior class council, an ambassador for the business school, and volunteers weekly with elementary and middle school students in her community. She will graduate in spring 2012 with a degree in business administration, including an emphasis in management and a certificate in socially responsible enterprise.
