Peyton Wright, Tennessee, a past field consultant for Tri Delta and a current Executive Office staff member, was one of 25 women vying for Andy Baldwin's attention during the April 2 debut of "The Bachelor" on ABC. In the premiere, Peyton and Andy bonded over the fact that they shared a birthday that very same day. During the rose ceremony, Peyton was the first to receive a rose.
