  • Use Foul language or rude behavior in the chat rooms or on the bulletin boards.
  • Slander The Delta Delta Delta Fraternity or any of its members.

    • The Delta Delta Delta Fraternity reserves the right to cancel your admission to the "private side" of our of website at any time.

    TITLE: Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in The Delta Delta Delta Fraternity website shall remain with The Delta Delta Delta Fraternity and is protected by copyright laws.

    TERMINATION: Access to The Delta Delta Delta Fraternity website will be terminated if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contact, or otherwise, shall The Delta Delta Delta Fraternity be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other damages or losses. In no event will The Delta Delta Delta Fraternity be liable for any damages.
