Meagan strives to give back to Tri Delta while having a positive impact on the collegiate women she works with and inspiring them to be confident in themselves and proud of their accomplishments.
While serving as collegiate district officer (CDO) for the University of Cincinnati, Meagan had the opportunity to be creative and implement an outreach plan in an effort to find more advisors for the chapter. This plan was quickly carried out by the chapter’s officers’ training council and the women were able to find six alumnae members who were willing to serve as advisors. Meagan was reminded of the importance of her role as a mentor and coach to these women as she watched them rise to the occasion and succeed.
Marty Ison Webb
As alumnae chapter development manager (ACDM), Marty has led Tri Delta’s South Central region with devotion, enthusiasm and self-sacrifice for two years. In her current role as ACDM, she has developed the connections between the alumnae chapters and the alumnae team of the South Central region.
Marty has her hand in almost every project and her heart in every member as she is dedicated to the growth and success of the members and the alumnae chapters. Her dedication is evident as she and the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter donated $10,000 to the Tri Delta Foundation in 2015. Her devotion of endless time, energy and passion has been given unselfishly as she strives to assist her members in every possible way.
Kara Chin Waggoner
Kara continues to show her dedication to the Fraternity and its members by assisting them in every possible way. While serving as collegiate district officer (CDO) for UCLA, UC San Diego and UC Davis, Kara guides these chapters in the right direction through her extensive knowledge on the Fraternity structure, policies and procedures.
Kara’s passion for collegiate chapters is evident in the way she supports, defends and brings important things to the attention of the Fraternity. She never hesitates to unselfishly volunteer her leadership skills and friendship as she provides her chapters with different points of view during certain situations and acts as a counselor to individual members by lending moral support.
Tri Delta’s volunteer force is what keeps Tri Delta vital and ensures that the future of the Fraternity remains stable. Without our incredible volunteers, Tri Delta’s innovative programming and opportunities for personal growth and development would not be possible.
