Kristin's Story Grant Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting Andrea Cooper's presentation of Kristin's Story on your campus. Each semester, the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation and the Delta Delta Delta Foundation award ten grants, each grant paying all expenses for Andrea's travel and presentation fee on that campus.

If you would like to be considered to receive a grant hosting Kristin's Story in the Spring semester, please set a date with Andrea and submit the form below before October 25th. If you would like to apply to host Andrea in the Fall semester, please complete these steps by April 10th.
