This February we invite you to participate in our seven day “Love Yourself” Challenge! Share with us how you are KIND to others, but most importantly KIND to yourself. After all, how can you give love if you don’t love yourself?
The “Love Yourself” Challenge will begin on Thursday, Feb. 22 and go through Wednesday, Feb. 28!
DAY 1 – Thursday, Feb. 22
Post a positive sticky note to yourself on a mirror you commonly use. Keep it there for a reminder throughout the week that you are worthy of love.
DAY 2 – Friday, Feb. 23
Take 5-10 minutes to stretch or meditate. Any time is a good time to take a break to practice living in 3D, working toward a healthy mind, body and spirit.
DAY 3 – Saturday, Feb. 24
Set aside some time this week and do something that you love to do! Try to do something you haven’t had the time to do in a while.
DAY 4 – Sunday, Feb. 25
Organize something that seems cluttered in your life. Whether it’s your thoughts, closet, school work, personal inbox, etc., take the time to write it down or clean it up.
DAY 5 – Monday, Feb. 26
Spend 15 minutes in silence focusing on positive attributes of yourself. Share your favorite!
DAY 6 – Tuesday, Feb. 27
Perform a small act of kindness for someone else. What did you do? And how did it make you feel? Share it with us by using the hashtag, #BraveBoldKIND.
DAY 7 – Wednesday, Feb. 28
Share how the past week participating in the self-love challenge has made you feel, and how it will help you in the future.

Tag us directly in your photos or be sure to use #IAm3D and #BraveBoldKIND on Instagram and/or Twitter (@tridelta) or Facebook (@TriDeltaEO) on any day you participate (hopefully it’s every day). At the end of the challenge, Tri Delta will share our challenge winners!
