Tri Delta has proudly championed the body image initiative since 2008, starting with Reflections: Body Image Program. Over 10 years later, body image education and self-esteem development remain more relevant than ever. Tri Delta partnered with a highly regarded clinician to create our signature BodyImage3D Program, which aims to enhance positive self-image among our members and society. During the BodyImage3D Program, second-year members explore the connection of the mind, body and spirit, address critical topics such as the inner critic and explore their role in creating change in their chapters and communities.
We are seeking skilled facilitators versed and comfortable in the realm of positive body image, wellness and self-care. If selected, you will be expected to attend an online facilitator training in summer 2019. Selected facilitators will be assigned a chapter within driving distance and be responsible for facilitating the program during the 2019-2020 academic year. Selected facilitators will collaborate with their assigned chapter(s) to determine a date, time and location of the workshop. Staff at Executive Office will assist with this process.
COLLEGIATE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE (CLC) – FEB. 21-23, 2020 (DALLAS, TX)
Tri Delta’s premier training for collegiate officers is held annually in February in Dallas, Texas. The conference includes innovative learning sessions, educational tracks and engaging keynote speakers, and is designed to inspire officers to live, learn and lead – with Purpose – for a lifetime. Facilitating at CLC is a unique opportunity to engage with Tri Delta collegians from across North America as they work to develop the skills, awareness and motivation necessary to elevate their officer position and chapter. Educational track facilitators will primarily be responsible for preparing for and conducting officer tracks with a partner. The tracks equip collegiate officers with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to be successful in their officer position. Selected facilitators will participate in virtual trainings in the month leading up to the conference and attend an in-person training on Friday, Feb. 21, 2020.
