Introducing LEADDDer.org
Education, Foundation, Leadership | July 13, 2020

Tri Delta is raising the bar on its commitment to empowering and investing in women. With a focus on enriching the lifetime experience of our members, Tri Delta is proud to introduce LEADDDer.org, an easy-to-use, online platform that offers dynamic learning and development opportunities, including on-demand, self-paced training for collegiate chapter officers and volunteers, and exclusive personal and professional leadership content for all members.

LEADDDer.org empowers women to become the best version of themselves by offering skills and competency-based training, designed to:

  • Enhance collegiate chapter officer training
  • Support the education and empowerment of Tri Delta’s volunteers
  • Provide personal and professional development opportunities to all members

LEADDDer.org provides a unique opportunity for collegiate chapter officers and volunteers to experience thoughtful preparation for their role and virtual learning that complements and enriches traditional reading materials and in-person training. In addition, all members have access to content designed to support them throughout their lifetime membership. Members who engage in LEADDDer.org content will develop new skills, explore tools and resources to elevate their position and grow as leaders and women. Our first premier course kicks off with our LEADDD Online keynote speaker, AmyK Hutchens, helping us all become master communicators with GET IT!

In summer 2020, select collegiate members and volunteers were invited to serve as LEADDDer.org champions and preview the platform. One champion shared, “If youare looking for a fun, interactive and informative resource for training and development, look no further. It’s a go at your own speed, simple, easy-to-navigate system that will set you up for success and help you feel confident in your volunteer role!”

Another said, “LEADDDer.org is an excellent centralized location for helpful and interactive information regarding the new officer structure. The modules are fun and interactive and gives this information in easy digestible bits, rather than all of the information in a document that can get tiring to read.”

With funding from Tri Delta’s Foundation and a special grant from the Mildred Bland Miller Charitable Fund, LEADDDer.org encourages Tri Delta members to invest in themselves and empowers them to better their best. LEADDDer.org is available to all dues-paying members of Tri Delta, with easy access using your MyTriDelta username and password. Visit LEADDDer.org to learn more!
