Let Your Voice Be Heard
News, Sisterhood | May 15, 2018

Who?
All Tri Delta members in good standing are welcome – and encouraged – to attend Tri Delta’s 58th Biennial Convention, July 3-5, in Dallas, Texas, and all may enjoy the privilege of speaking on the Convention floor. However, only chapter delegates may vote. Therefore, it is important for you to discuss the proposed Bylaws amendments with your chapter delegate.

What?
The BYLAWS OF DELTA DELTA DELTA are the governing documents of the Fraternity and are amended biennially during Convention. The Bylaws Committee received recommendations from Tri Delta members, evaluated them and proposed the amendments for adoption. A formal Notice of Bylaws Amendments is shared with Tri Delta’s membership before the Convention meeting where they will either be adopted or dismissed.

When & Where?
In May and June, Fraternity President Kimberlee Sullivan, Bylaws Chair Melissa Muller and the Bylaws Committee  hosted virtual town hall calls to discuss and review the 31 proposed amendments. If you were unable to join us, please take some time to watch the one of the two interactive discussions linked below:

Tuesday, May 15 at 8 p.m. CDT

Wednesday, June 13 at 8 p.m. CDT

Why?
Because your voice matters in Tri Delta, we invite you to familiarize yourself with the 31 amendments being proposed by Tri Delta’s Bylaws Committee, and to provide your input to improve the future of our organization.

Questions regarding the Bylaws amendments can be submitted when you R.S.V.P to the virtual Town Halls or emailed directly to bylaws@trideltaeo.org.
