Tri Delta members have once again exceeded expectations and reached a tremendous milestone in their fundraising to support the patients and families at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
On Saturday, Feb. 17 at Tri Delta’s annual Collegiate Leadership Conference in Dallas, Texas, Fraternity President Kimberlee Di Fede Sullivan, Pepperdine, announced that Tri Delta has officially reached the halfway point in its fundraising towards the Fraternity’s $60 million commitment.
This news comes just three and a half years into Tri Delta’s commitment, made in 2014, to raise $60 million in 10 years for the hospital. This is the single largest pledge by a partner in the hospital’s history, and Tri Delta has received recognition on the St. Jude campus in Memphis, Tenn., with the naming of the short-term housing facility, Tri Delta Place.
Tri Delta members are proud of their philanthropic commitment to ending childhood cancer, which they support at the national level through their partnership with St. Jude, and at the local and regional levels through fundraising for childhood cancer hospitals and initiatives. With the steadfast support of family and friends, Tri Deltas continue to work to meet the needs within their communities as they passionately and kindly serve others.
