The Bylaws Committee is now seeking member input on proposed Fraternity Bylaws amendments for Tri Delta’s 62nd biennial Convention, which will be held in Denver on June 26-29, 2026. Submit your ideas and proposals by emailing bylaws@trideltaeo.org before the final deadline of November 10.

Contribute to the future of Tri Delta!

What Is a Bylaws Amendment and How Does the Process Work?

A Fraternity Bylaws amendment is a suggested change to the rules that guide Tri Delta. The Bylaws Committee reviews all submissions and may follow up with questions. Any amendment must be approved by the Convention body to become official. Not all proposed amendments will move forward, but the Committee will be transparent and contact you if needed.

Why it Matters

Your ideas help shape the bylaws and governance of Tri Delta. All members are invited to participate in Tri Delta’s legislative business process—you do not need to be a voting delegate or attend Convention in order to submit a proposal.

How to Submit

  • Identify the article, section and page number of the current Bylaws that your proposal would affect. Article and section refer to the part of the Bylaws your change affects; page number is where it appears in the current Bylaws.
  • Provide a brief description and explain the reason(s) and support for your suggested change.
  • Email your submission to bylaws@trideltaeo.org
  • Not sure how to get started but want to share your idea, just email bylaws@trideltaeo.org and they can assist you through the process.

You can always reference the current Bylaws of Delta Delta Delta on the Resource Library. Log in to My Tri Delta and choose the “Resource Library” tile: Resource Library > Tri Delta Essentials > Governing Documents.
