Tri Delta employs more than 300 facility employees at nearly 65 unique locations. This group of dedicated staff helps turn houses into Tri Delta homes. In our chapter houses, the primary employee is the house director who serves as the on-site property manager, supervises the staff, manages dining operations and maintains positive working relationships among Tri Delta Housing, house corporations, chapter members, alumnae, school officials and vendors.
Working for a Tri Delta facility means playing a vital role in maintaining the living, learning and leading environment for our collegiate members, and in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for members of the chapter. Our roles range from full-time, year-round positions to part-time, seasonal positions.
