Through Tri Delta’s pilot Mentorship Program, a new benefit for our dues-paying alumnae, select collegiate officers have the opportunity to form a valuable connection with an alumna who will serve as a source of support and guidance as they navigate their final semesters of college, the next steps in their career (internships, graduate school, first job, etc.) and life as they become an alumnae member.
Be Part of Creating Something New
As one of the participants in this pilot program, your feedback will be invaluable—helping us create something brand new to help achieve Tri Delta’s vision of enabling a lifelong journey of growth and development for our members. You’ll be co-creating something exciting and empowering for generations of Tri Deltas to come!
The Process
Once you are fully registered, our algorithm matches alumnae to a collegian based on a variety of criteria. As we work to create a thriving program, we hope you understand that an immediate match with a collegian cannot be guaranteed.
June 2023: Sign up to be a mentor and update your CONNECTDDD profile
July–Aug. 2023: Matching of alumnae mentors with collegiate mentees and virtual training sessions for both our alumnae and our collegians
Sept.–Dec. 2023: Connect monthly (or more) with your mentee
Dec. 2023: Provide mid-program feedback to help us improve the program
Jan. 2024–April 2024: Connect monthly (or more) with your mentee
April 2024: Provide final feedback to help us improve the program
