Each summer, Tri Delta welcomes incredible collegiate women who dive into our Housing projects, gain valuable skills and make a real impact in our homes. These Housing internships offer members a chance to contribute to the spaces that shape the Tri Delta experience. From staging houses for virtual tours to overseeing renovations, these interns get hands-on experience in creating a true home away from home. They learned about interior design, business operations, navigating new environments and collaborating with a nationwide team. It’s a unique blend of professional development and sisterhood, which leaves them with a deeper appreciation for Tri Delta and a newfound confidence.
Let’s meet the inspiring women who made this summer so special.
Gaby Whiser, Butler
Majoring in sports media, minoring in sports coaching
Graduating May 2026

Gaby brought her passion for creating magical living experiences to the Tri Delta Housing internship. She loved her chapter house and wanted to help create that same feeling for others. Gaby stepped out of her comfort zone this summer, navigating new states and airports and proving her adaptability. Her most memorable experience was setting up the University of Florida house for Matterport, seeing the staging process bring the house to life in a 360-degree model. Through this internship, she saw how our houses play a big role in preserving our history and serving as a second home for our members on their campuses.
“This internship taught me that it is easy to adapt and exciting to see new places.”
Fun fact: Gaby has a dog named Ralphie, a Yorkie-Chihuahua mix!
Myla Ramos, Texas A&M

Graduating Spring 2027

Myla applied for the Tri Delta Housing internship to support the organization beyond her chapter and gain hands-on experience. Her most memorable experience was working on her own chapter house at Texas A&M University, which gave her a newfound appreciation for their home. She says this helped her understand the extensive behind-the-scenes work in maintaining Tri Delta Housing. She also grew more confident in taking initiative and collaborating across the organization. For Myla, this internship deepened her appreciation for Tri Delta, leaving her more connected to the sisterhood and inspired to give back.
“I learned how much happens behind the scenes to keep our housing and chapter experience running smoothly. I also became more confident in taking initiative and collaborating with different people across the organization.”

Abby Landry, Louisiana/Lafayette

Her most memorable experience was visiting Tri Delta’s chapter at the University of Nebraska and exploring the house filled with Tri Delta history. She also cherished meeting and working with the other interns. Through this, Abby learned the critical importance of interior design planning in sorority houses, focusing on creating comfortable and inviting spaces. This internship profoundly impacted her, fostering a deeper love and connection for her sorority and making her proud to represent her chapter nationally.
“This internship has impacted me in so many ways as a Tri Delta. I have had the most amazing experiences with the Housing team, and I have grown a deeper love and connection for my sorority.”

Megan Dunscomb, Millikin
Majoring in business management and digital media marketing
Graduating May 2026

Megan applied for the Tri Delta Housing internship due to her deep love for living in her chapter house. Megan is starting her third year in her Tri Delta house and wanted to help make other members’ living situations positive like hers. Her most memorable experience was walking into her own renovated home, feeling immense appreciation for the Housing team’s work. She says this personal connection motivated her and showed the significant impact she was having. As a business major, Megan gained valuable real-world experience, learning how a business truly operates beyond the classroom. This internship showed her many different business sides, making her feel more prepared for her future career. The enterprise’s care for its members—always asking, “What would the women like?”—made Megan even prouder to be part of an organization bigger than a college sorority.
“This job showed me so many different sides of business that I could not have obtained with other jobs. I feel more prepared to get a job in the coming year, so I am very grateful for this job’s impact.”
