Tri Delta hosts Convention every two years in the summer months. Tri Deltas from around the globe gather for a weekend of connection, content and celebration. ALL members are invited and encouraged to attend! You can expect inspirational keynotes and interactive workshops, tons of networking opportunities, a celebration of our beautiful Ritual and milestone ceremonies and, of course, a ton of fun to be had with your Tri Delta sisters. Attendees also participate in the legislative process during the 2026 Business Meeting.

Convention is for ALL members! Collegiate chapters are required to send their president or an assigned delegate to participate in the entire event and vote during the Business Meeting.

Convention attendance is required for collegiate chapter presidents who are slated in the spring of 2026 and whose term begins on Aug. 1. If the president is unable to attend, they need to work with their volunteer team to assign an alternate delegate to serve in their place.

Alumnae chapters are strongly encouraged to send a delegate to represent their membership. This can be the chapter president or an assigned alternate delegate.

Alumna Advisors should plan to attend to receive training during Convention.

Registration for Convention will open in January 2026.

Early bird pricing for Convention registration is $499, and standard pricing is $550. There are also options to attend individual days at different prices. Review these on the “Packages & Pricing” page of the website. Take advantage of the payment plan offered at registration. 50% of your total is due at registration, with the remaining balance due on May 15.

Tri Delta will cover travel expenses for voting delegates and select attendees. Travel will be booked through an online travel company. The link to book your travel will be available on the confirmation page of your registration.

General attendees can book their travel directly with their airline of choice.

Chapter presidents (collegiate and alumnae) and Alumna Advisors should travel on Thursday to be ready for pre-conference training sessions that begin on Friday at 8 a.m. MT

General Convention attendees should arrive on Friday in time for the Convention dinner at 5:30 p.m. MT and the opening session at 6:30 p.m. MT.

Tri Delta will make reservations on your behalf based on the details you provide during registration. Tri Delta will cover double-occupancy hotel expenses for voting delegates and select volunteers, with the option to upgrade to a single-occupancy room.

The Gaylord Rockies Hotel & Convention Center has several on-site food and beverage outlets.

Check back soon for details! Many Convention attendees take this opportunity to wear their Tri Delta gear or outfits in Tri Delta colors.

We’ll be using EventMobi as our mobile app for Convention. Registered attendees will receive instructions on how to access the app two weeks prior to Convention. The app will be where attendees can find the event schedule, maps, attendee list and more. It’s also where we will communicate with attendees throughout the weekend.

We recommend using Uber or Lyft to get from Denver International Airport to the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Use the app to find other attendees arriving at the same time and share rides! Attendees are responsible for the cost of transportation between the airport and hotel.

Tri Delta Central is the heart of Convention, where you can find the registration and help desk, visit with Tri Delta’s Foundation and Tri Delta Housing, shop for Tri Delta merchandise and so much more!

You can sign up to participate in a milestone ceremony during registration. We will send additional details on next steps closer to the event.
