About Lindsay Boccardo
For nearly a decade, Lindsay has been coaching, researching and developing programs for the next generation of top talent in the workforce. She loves working with young high achievers and the organizations that employ them.
Lindsay is the Co-Founder of Careerhouse, a virtual experience for members who want to translate their undergraduate sorority experiences into a successful career after graduation. Lindsay earned a degree in psychology and public communication from Syracuse University, and a professional coaching certification through the International Coach Federation. She has been seen on WISH-TV, Fox 55 Fort Wayne (Indiana) and most frequently on her wildly popular live YouTube show, The Porch.
As a nationally-recognized generational expert and career coach, Lindsay has partnered with organizations such as Cars.com, Intern Bridge and the Indiana Supreme Court, and works frequently with Greek life campus officers, chapter consultants and headquarters staff around the country.
By providing education and training through one-on-one programs, group coaching and keynotes to college students around the country, Lindsay empowers young employees to feel more prepared as they enter the workforce and helps them develop into the top talent in their organization.
