Shared adventures have a way of fast-tracking connection, and when those adventures include cobblestone streets, clinking glasses and flavors you’ve never tasted before, the bonds formed are ones you’ll carry with you forever. Tri Delta believes in the power of women coming together, and some of the most meaningful moments happen when we step outside our everyday lives and explore the world. Tri Delta Travel was created to give our members and the women in their lives a chance to do exactly that.

ITALY (OCT. 14-22, 2027)

Members are welcome to bring any female companion aged 18 and older. So round up your sister, mom, best friend, aunt, daughter or any other woman who deserves an adventure.

Will I need a passport?

Yes! See the FAQs on the booking site for more information. We recommend applying for/renewing your passport as soon as possible.

How do I book my flights?

EF Go Ahead Tours provides an airfare package at the time of booking. If you would like to book your own flights, you can, but you are responsible for any delays you may encounter (which may result in missed time on the tour), as well as transportation to and from the airport. Visit the booking site for more information.

How can I find a roommate?

Once you book your trip, you can access the tour app, which has a messaging feature.

What should I expect regarding the tour’s pace and physical requirements?

This is a brisk-paced tour. The pace of a tour itinerary considers how often you’ll switch hotels, the amount of planned daily activities and how you’ll get from place to place. Travelers should be prepared to walk two to three miles per day. This includes city streets, cobblestone roads, stairs and hills. Some things to consider:

  • Stone pathways and cobblestone streets can become slick when wet.
  • Travelers should be healthy enough to participate in all included walks without assistance.
  • Adding optional excursions may increase the total amount of walking on tour.

Physical Activity and Tour Pace Information:

  • EF Go Ahead Tours and the tour director of your group are unable to provide special mobility or luggage handling assistance to travelers on tour. The responsibility of the tour director is to ensure that the group enjoys a smooth and informative journey, and they can’t be relied on to provide individualized assistance to any one traveler.
  • This tour moves at a reasonable pace to avoid missing scheduled stops. The rest of the group cannot miss any scheduled activities because of the needs of an individual.
  • Due to the pace and physical activity level of this tour, mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers will be difficult to use and are not recommended. Please notify EF Go Ahead Tours before your departure if you plan to bring these on the tour.
  • If you have mobility concerns or questions about the tour’s pace, please visit EF Go Ahead Tours’ Help Center or send a message to their customer experience team.

Activity and Transportation Notes:

  • Most days are full of included activities (more if you add excursions).
  • Most transportation is by motor coach.
  • There are occasional transfers by train and boat.

Expect about two to three hours of bus time daily.

How does Tri Delta benefit from this partnership?

In addition to the exciting opportunity for Tri Deltas to explore the world alongside other members, Tri Delta receives a small commission.

LOOKING BACK—TRI DELTAS IN SPAIN (2025)

Our inaugural Tri Delta Travel trip to Spain set the tone for everything this program is meant to be. A group of incredible women. Unforgettable destinations. And the kind of shared moments that remind us all why we do this together.

Biological sisters Tina Schroeder Kollman and Helga Schroeder Meyer, both Cincinnati, joined Tri Delta Travel on our unforgettable journey through Spain last year! Energetic and adventurous, these sisters, both in their 80s, shared that they love traveling together. Their enthusiasm, joy and spirit lit up the experience, and fellow travelers said their energy was contagious. Tina and Helga are a wonderful reminder that travel has no age limit and that the best adventures are even better when shared with those you love!
