VLC will be held at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas (a suburb of Dallas). All meals, sessions and events will be at the Convention Center.

Tri Delta will make hotel reservations on your behalf based on the details provided during registration. We will cover the cost of a double occupancy room. Single occupancy room upgrades can be added during registration for $84 per night.

Attendees will need a credit card to put on file for incidentals. Guest rooms include complimentary high-speed internet access for Marriott Bonvoy members. GETTING TO #DDDVLC

Take advantage of our travel agent services offered through TripEasy! We encourage all members more than 300 miles from Dallas to fly to VLC. If you do plan to drive, please complete a Volunteer Expense Form and submit it to events@trideltaeo.org within two weeks of the event for mileage reimbursement. 

Facilitators, volunteers and staff will receive an email with a link to book their travel.

Airport Options:  
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) 
Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) 

Both DFW Airport and Love Field are within 10 miles of the Irving Convention Center. Most airlines—including American, Delta and United—fly into DFW. Southwest Airlines flies into Love Field. We suggest using Uber or Lyft to get to the hotels and convention center, which typically run between $25 and $45 each direction.  

Driving: 
Did someone say road trip?! A road trip is a fun and memorable experience. Tri Delta strongly encourages members located more than 300 miles from the Irving Convention Center to fly to VLC. Tri Delta will reimburse your mileage at a rate of $0.70 cents per mile, up to $600. Please complete a Volunteer Expense Form with receipts and submit it to events@trideltaeo.org within two weeks of the event for mileage reimbursement.
