They share a commitment to lead with integrity, serve with purpose and create a lasting impact wherever they are called. These women have shaped boardrooms, communities, classrooms, companies and conversations with resilience, vision and heart.

AnnaMaria DeSalva, William & Mary
Global Market Leader, Advisor, Strategic Communicator

AnnaMaria DeSalva is a chief executive officer, board leader and strategic advisor, known for guiding organizations through complex transformation. Across a three-decade career spanning Fortune 100 companies, global consultancies and public company boards, she has led at the intersection of innovation, enterprise risk and governance.
Most recently, she served as Global Chairman of Burson Group, where she helped architect the merger of Hill & Knowlton and BCW. Previously, as Global Chairman and CEO of Hill & Knowlton, she led a multi-year transformation that strengthened growth, expanded advisory capabilities and accelerated AI-enabled solutions. Earlier roles include Global Chief Communications Officer at DuPont during its landmark Dow-DuPont merger and senior leadership positions at Pfizer.
AnnaMaria also serves on public company and institutional boards—currently serving on the Board of Visitors for William & Mary—and has been widely recognized for her leadership, including her longstanding contributions to global cancer advocacy. She credits William & Mary and Tri Delta with shaping her commitment to service and generational leadership. She leads at the highest levels of business and public service, and she does it with integrity and purpose—a true reflection of our sisterhood.
Julie Kincaid Hill, California/Los Angeles
Entrepreneur, Women’s Rights Advocate, Thought Leader

Julie is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, investor, board leader and philanthropist with a career spanning global real estate, finance and healthcare. She is the founder of Hillsdale Development and The Hill Company. She has served on the boards of major corporations and nonprofits, including Anthem (now Elevance), Lord Abbett, Lend Lease, and the University of California system.
Earlier in her career, she led Costain Homes in the United States, the US Division of the UK-based international development company, Costain plc. She is currently the Chair of the University of California Council of Trustee Chairs. She was a long-time chair of the board of directors of Human Options, a shelter for abused women and children. During her tenure, her company built the Urban Land Institute award-winning shelter for abused women and children.
Julie was a member of the Women’s Leadership Board of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She is a member of the International Women’s Forum and The Los Angeles Trusteeship. She has served on the board of the Orange County Community Foundation. She is the past chair of the board of the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. (UCI) She has received the Amelia Earhart Award from the UCI Women’s Opportunities Center and the Glass Ceiling Award from the American Red Cross. Julie’s leadership blends sharp business insight with deep heart and that combination is powerful.
Ashley Wilson McClellan, Southern Methodist
Healthcare Disruptor, Visionary, Builder

Ashley is an experienced senior executive with over 18 years of experience in Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles across three organizations for HCA Healthcare. She is the Founder and CEO of MedCurate—think “Uber for healthcare staffing”—replacing traditional healthcare staffing agencies with a digital marketplace that is mutually beneficial for healthcare providers and organizations.
She received her master’s degree in hospital administration and Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and her Doctor of Health Administration in 2024. She is a fellow for and board-certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on several boards, including Children’s Mercy Health System, Young Men’s Service League—Kansas City, Young Presidents’ Organization of Kansas City and the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business Alumnae Board. Ashley is a faculty member at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. With a strong passion for supporting women’s leadership, she established the Ashley Rose Wilson McClellan Leadership Scholarship through Tri Delta’s Foundation in 2022.
Dina Powell McCormick, Texas
Philanthropist, Policy Expert, Public Servant

Dina is known for her expertise in global policy, investments and diplomacy. She is currently the President and Vice Chairman of Meta. Previously, she was Vice Chair, President and Head of Global Client Services at BDT & MSD Partners. She spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs as a partner in senior leadership roles, including serving on the firm’s Management Committee and leading its Global Sovereign Investment Banking business. She has played a pivotal role in U.S. foreign policy, particularly in the Middle East, and has received numerous accolades, including the U.S. Secretary of State’s Distinguished Service Award and a spot in Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business. Her leadership spans business, diplomacy and service and she continues to make an extraordinary impact on a global scale.
