TO THE MEMBERS OF THETA PI HOUSE CORPORATION OF DELTA DELTA DELTA:
Pursuant to Section 7511 of the California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation Law and Article III.2(D) of the Bylaws of the Corporation, please take notice that a Special Meeting of the Members of the Corporation shall be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM PT via virtual video conference. To participate in the meeting, please register through the following link:
Registration by 5:00 PM PT on the date of the meeting is required to verify House Corporation membership and receive the link to attend.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and adopt or reject the amended and restated Bylaws of the Corporation that, among other things, name Tri Delta Housing, Inc., a Texas nonprofit corporation, as the sole voting member of the Corporation.
