Tri Delta will make hotel reservations on your behalf, based on the details provided in registration. We will cover the cost of a double occupancy room. Single room upgrades can be added during registration for $100 per night. Attendees will need a credit card for incidentals. Guest rooms include complimentary WiFi for Marriott Bonvoy members. Self-parking on site is complimentary. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. CT, check-out time is 11:00 a.m. CT. 

GETTING TO #DDDVLC

Flights to Chicago will be booked with our partners at TripEasy. On the confirmation page of your registration, there will be a button with a link to book your travel through THIS website. You will need the event code provided on that page or in your invitation email, to access the website and book your travel. If you have trouble booking your flight or need a multi-city trip, reach out to TripEasy at tridelta@its.com.

We encourage you to fly into Chicago O’Hare Airport (ORD) which is just 13 miles from the hotel. Attendees are responsible for airport parking, baggage fees and transportation between the hotel and airport.  

Coming to LEADDD Chicago? GREAT choice! Arrive anytime on Thursday, or take an early morning flight on Friday. LEADDD begins at 11:00 a.m. CT.  Remember that your double occupancy hotel room for Thursday is included in your LEADDD registration price.

Driving to Chicago? Tri Delta will reimburse your mileage at a rate of 65.5 cents per mile, up to $650. Please complete a reimbursement form after the event and send to events@trideltaeo.org along with receipts.
