Meagan strives to give back to Tri Delta while having a positive impact on the collegiate women she works with and inspiring them to be confident in themselves and proud of their accomplishments.
While serving as collegiate district officer (CDO) for the University of Cincinnati, Meagan had the opportunity to be creative and implement an outreach plan in an effort to find more advisors for the chapter. Meagan was reminded of the importance of her role as a mentor and coach to these women as she watched them rise to the occasion.
Melissa Hunter Muller
Melissa Hunter Muller currently serves Tri Delta as the Chair of the Fraternity Bylaws Committee. “When I no longer worked full-time for Tri Delta, I felt that it was my duty to share my time and talent with the organization that assisted in furthering my personal, professional and leadership development,” says Melissa.
One of her favorite aspects of volunteering is the unique intergenerational fellowship with other volunteers. She credits her current position as Chair of the Fraternity Bylaws Committee for increasing her knowledge of corporate legal structure and parliamentary procedure.
Kathi serves as an alumnae specialist (AS), providing support for Tri Delta’s alumnae chapters. She first got involved after getting the Salt Lake City Alumnae Chapter going again. “I was impressed by the vast network of support Tri Delta offered us,” she says.
Volunteering has helped Kathi develop skills that she can apply in other areas of her life. “Tri Delta has helped me to develop better communication skills in my interactions with people…I have also had the opportunity to plan events, provide service to my community and to be a leader throughout my experiences in Tri Delta.”
Tri Delta’s volunteer force is what keeps Tri Delta vital and ensures that the future of the Fraternity remains stable. Without our incredible volunteers, Tri Delta’s innovative programming and opportunities for personal growth and development would not be possible.
We understand that your time is invaluable, and to Tri Delta, the gift of your time is priceless. Any contribution of your time will make a huge difference in the lives of the sisters you serve. Beyond that, we promise you’ll get something back from it as well:
