What’s Next? Tri Deltas Prepare for Life Post-Grad

May 12, 2026
Empowerment, Sisterhood

As graduation approaches, we celebrate an exciting milestone for the Tri Deltas in their final days as collegians. This moment marks both an ending and a beginning—the end of the collegiate chapter experience and the beginning of a lifelong journey as an alumna.

To all of our graduating members, congratulations! Your unique experiences and perspectives have helped shape our sisterhood. The friendships you’ve built, the challenges you’ve navigated and the memories you’ve created all add to what makes Tri Delta so special.

We trust that your time as a collegiate member has prepared you in countless ways as a leader, a friend and a woman ready for what’s next. And while this chapter is coming to a close, the connection to Tri Delta only grows stronger. Sisterhood doesn’t end at graduation—it evolves, expands and stays with you for life.

We’re proud to highlight two graduating seniors and celebrate what’s ahead for them, how Tri Delta helped prepare them and how they plan to carry our sisterhood forward.

Faith Murray, Vermont

Faith is graduating with a degree in biological sciences and is taking a gap year before applying to medical school. In the meantime, she’ll be working with Tri Delta as a chapter development consultant (CDC).

She first learned about the role from a traveling CDC who visited her chapter, and the impact stuck.

“The moment I saw what a CDC does, I knew that’s what I wanted! I could talk about Tri Delta all day, every day. It’s given me so much, and I want to be part of that for other chapters.”

Faith’s deep connection to Tri Delta is rooted in our values, which she brought to life during her time as her chapter’s vice president of member experience. From leading recruitment to fostering meaningful conversations, she found purpose in creating a chapter culture grounded in authenticity, empathy and friendship.

Her excitement for the role also ties back to her upbringing. Having moved multiple times—including as far as the Middle East—Faith developed a love for meeting new people and experiencing different communities. “Traveling, meeting new people and building relationships is what I’m most excited for.”

After her time as a CDC, Faith plans to pursue medical school, with hopes of working in pediatrics. This would continue her passion for supporting others, something that started with Tri Delta.

Eden McQueen, Nebraska

Eden is a perfect example of the impact Tri Delta women are making after graduation. As a nursing major, Eden will be heading to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in June 2026 to begin her career in pediatric oncology, a path that closely connects to Tri Delta’s philanthropic mission. After interning at St. Jude last summer, she knew it was where she wanted to be, inspired by the hospital’s commitment to providing care at no cost to families and truly making a difference.

During her time in Tri Delta, Eden served as director of philanthropy, where she developed leadership skills like empathy, adaptability and servant leadership, values she says she’ll carry into her nursing career. She says Tri Delta helped her learn how to lead different types of people and focus on giving back, which aligns perfectly with her future in healthcare.

“You really get out of Tri Delta what you put into it. When I chose to invest my time and be intentional, that’s when everything changed.”

As she looks ahead, Eden is excited to plant roots and explore Memphis, Tennessee, and step into a role she’s passionate about! She hopes to stay connected to Tri Delta by advising a local chapter and continuing to share her experiences. Her journey is a powerful reminder of how dynamic and purpose-driven our Tri Delta graduates truly are.

What’s Ahead

As graduating members step into this next phase, remember that Tri Delta doesn’t end with college—it grows with you. As an alumna, you’ll find new ways to stay connected, from joining an alumnae chapter to mentoring collegiate members, volunteering, networking and building lifelong friendships across generations of sisters.

The support, connection and opportunities that define Tri Delta continue well beyond graduation. Whether you’re starting a new job, moving to a new city or exploring what’s next, your sisterhood is there to support you every step of the way.

Once a Tri Delta, always a Tri Delta. The best is still ahead, and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish.
