Stacy Nadeau offered a simple, but profound thought for us in her recent webinar on self-leadership. She defined self-leadership as intentionally influencing our thoughts and actions. The word “intentional” is so powerful.
We hope that as Tri Delta women you take the opportunity to be intentional about developing yourself. Helping you become the best version of yourself has always been an important part of our sisterhood—as a person, as a volunteer, as an employee, as a mom, as a sister, as a boss, in all of the many roles we play. Our late sister Milly Miller said it best when she said we should always be bettering our best.
