Distinguished Deltas

Established in 2000, Tri Delta’s Women of Achievement program was launched to recognize alumnae members who have displayed outstanding achievement in their volunteer, philanthropic, civic or professional pursuits. Their unique accomplishments honor the values of our sisterhood and illustrate Tri Delta’s commitment to our members’ growth and development into successful, well-rounded women.

2026 Women of Achievement

AnnaMaria DeSalva, William & Mary

Global Market Leader, Advisor, Strategic Communicator
AnnaMaria is a board leader, chairman and CEO with more than three decades of experience. Her career spans senior leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies and global consultancies, including DuPont, Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Hill & Knowlton and, most recently, as Global Chairman of Burson. She currently serves in leadership and advisory roles, including on Fortune 500 boards, at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Argonne National Laboratory and on the Board of Visitors at William & Mary. She is a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of The Conference Board. She was later recognized for her decades-long commitment to advancing global progress against cancer.  

Dina Powell McCormick, Texas  

Philanthropist, Global Expert, Public Servant
Dina is known for her expertise in global policy, investments and diplomacy. She is currently the President and Vice Chairman of Meta. Previously, she was Vice Chair, President and Head of Global Client Services at BDT & MSD Partners. She spent 16 years at Goldman Sachs as a partner in senior leadership roles, including serving on the firm’s Management Committee and leading its Global Sovereign Investment Banking business. She has played a pivotal role in U.S. foreign policy, particularly in the Middle East, and has received numerous accolades, including the U.S. Secretary of State’s Distinguished Service Award and a spot in Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business.  

Julie Kincaid Hill, California/Los Angeles  

Entrepreneur, Women’s Rights Advocate, Thought Leader 
Julie is an entrepreneur, investor, board leader and philanthropist with a career spanning global real estate, finance and healthcare. She is the founder of Hillsdale Development and The Hill Company and has served on major corporate and nonprofit boards, including Anthem (now Elevance), Lord Abbett, Lendlease and the University of California system. Earlier in her career, she led Costain Homes in the United States. A longtime advocate for women and children, Julie has supported education and human rights initiatives throughout her career. She has received the Amelia Earhart Award from the UCI Women’s Opportunities Center, as well as the Glass Ceiling Award from the American Red Cross.  

Ashley Wilson McClellan, Southern Methodist   

Healthcare Disruptor, Visionary, Builder
Ashley is an experienced senior executive with over 18 years of experience in Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles across three organizations for HCA Healthcare. She is the Founder and CEO of MedCurate, replacing traditional healthcare staffing agencies with a digital marketplace that is mutually beneficial for healthcare providers and organizations. She received her master’s degree in hospital administration and Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and her Doctor of Health Administration in 2024. She is a Fellow and is Board-Certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Ashley serves on several boards, including for Children’s Mercy Health System, Young Men’s Service League—Kansas City, Young President’s Organization of Kansas City and Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business Alumnae Board. Ashley has joined the faculty of the University of Kansas School of Medicine.  

2025 Women of Achievement

Sylvia Sydow Kerrigan, Southwestern

Thought Leader, Lawyer, Mentor
Sylvia is a distinguished legal expert and energy industry leader. She has been recognized as a Top 10 Exploration and Production Executive and earned the Ernest E. Smith Lifetime Achievement Award. A dedicated mentor, she is committed to future leaders through her board roles at Southwestern University and the University of Texas. Sylvia’s career is defined by her leadership, excellence in energy and dedication to education.  

Karen Parkhill Lynch, Southern Methodist

Financial Leader, Volunteer, Strategist
Karen is a financial leader with experience at HP Inc., Medtronic, Comerica and JPMorgan. She has been named one of the “Most Powerful Women in Banking” and has served on several influential boards, including American Express and the Boys & Girls Club of America. Karen remains dedicated to driving business success while championing diversity and inclusion.

Jacqueline Reses, Pennsylvania

Disruptor, Investor, Author
Jacqueline is a powerhouse in finance, technology and entrepreneurship. As co-founder of Lead Bank and in leadership roles at Square, Yahoo! and Goldman Sachs, she has also shaped economic policy. She is an author, holds multiple patents in finance and technology and is a champion for financial inclusion, women’s leadership and community impact, using her influence to open doors for those who have been traditionally left out.
