Emerging and Target Chapter Manager   Dallas, TX

The Emerging and Target Chapter Manager is a member of the Member Experience Team. The primary objective of this position is to increase member engagement, satisfaction and brand awareness through supporting emerging and target chapters and their volunteers. This role frequently collaborates with the Collegiate Member Experience Team, Program Development Team, Volunteer Engagement Team and others throughout the Executive Office (EO) as needed to ensure the long-term support strategy for Tri Delta’s emerging and target chapters is implemented as cohesively and excellently as possible. The Member Development Manager is a member of the Member Experience Team. The primary objective of this position is to increase alumnae and collegiate member engagement and satisfaction through designing and implementing Tri Delta programs. This role frequently collaborates with the Program Development Team, Volunteer Engagement team and others throughout Executive Office (EO) to ensure the long-term member development program strategy is implemented as cohesively and excellently as possible. House Director   Nationwide

Tri Delta is looking for house directors on multiple campuses nationwide.  A house director lives in a chapter house as a paid employee and serves as the on-site property manager, supervises the staff, manages dining operations and maintains a positive working relationship with the Fraternity, Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation, chapter members, alumnae, school officials and vendors.  At most schools, house directors are employed to work for a 10-month period; however, many women choose to make the Tri Delta house their year-round home.  Applicants should send a cover letter and resume including experience and references along with a list of areas of the country they wish to work to:
