Unless otherwise noted, candidates for the following positions are expected to work full-time on location at our Executive Office in Arlington, Texas.

Director of chapter financial operations

The Director of Chapter Financial Operations serves as a financial consultant for our collegiate chapters, overseeing the development and implementation of all resources specific to collegiate financial operations. They will understand and apply general accounting principles to analyze data and trends, can identify key issues affecting the finances of the collegiate chapters, serve as the main point of contact for the Fraternity and the chapter's financial management system and supervise and train Tri Delta's collegiate financial volunteers. Finance Assistant
Tri Delta is looking to hire a part-time finance assistant to assist the Finance Coordinator. The hours are flexible, about 20-24 hours Monday through Friday. This position will be responsible for all Fraternity bookkeeping and accounting practices. Foundation Development Coordinator
The Delta Delta Delta Foundation is incorporated as a 501(c) (3) public charity to receive tax-deductible contributions for charitable and educational purposes. The Foundation coordinates Crescent Fund Emergency Grants, Graduate and Undergraduate Scholarships, in addition to Education and Leadership Grants.

This fast-paced department is searching for full-time Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate is devoted to helping others and committed to representing the organization in an exemplary manner while collaborating successfully with all staff. The candidate should be organized and can efficiently coordinate several projects simultaneously. House Director
Tri Delta is looking for house directors on multiple campuses nationwide.  A house director lives in a chapter house as a paid employee and serves as the on-site property manager, supervises the staff, manages dining operations and maintains a positive working relationship with the Fraternity, Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation, chapter members, alumnae, school officials and vendors.  At most schools, house directors are employed to work for a 10-month period; however, many women choose to make the Tri Delta house their year-round home.  Applicants should send a cover letter and resume including experience and references along with a list of areas of the country they wish to work to:
