Vice President of Chapter & Member Development
Delta Delta Delta is hiring a Vice President of Chapter & Member Development. The Vice President of Chapter & Member Development is responsible for all areas of collegiate chapter operations and education, including the development and implementation of educational resources and programs and operations support; managing Tri Delta's Field Consultant Program and assisting in the cultivation of mutually beneficial relationships with host universities; assisting the Executive Director in facilitating governance by Tri Delta's Executive Board and select standing and advisory committees.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree; preferably a master in higher education or a minimum of 8-10 years of relative work experience.
  • Significant experience in overseeing, managing, and creating processes and programs, particularly related to education/training, assessment and compliance.
  • Approximately 30 percent travel.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - NATIONAL HOUSE CORPORATION
Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation (NHC) is hiring a Director of Finance. The Director of Finance is responsible for the financial management for both NHC & Park Street Properties. This individual will oversee budgets, payroll reimbursements, audit preparation, 990 tax reports and all monthly financial statements.
  • Bachelor's degree with an accounting or finance focus; MBA a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience working in accounting or finance
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software 
  • Minimal travel

Director of PROPERTIES
Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation is hiring a Director of Properties. Director of Properties for National House Corporation conducts the day-to-day management of National House Corporation and Park Street Properties facilities and maintenance; coordinates renovation and all major and minor repair projects; develops and maintains a three year management plan for properties; assists chapters with dining operations and the hiring process of house directors.
  • Travel is required.
  • Bachelor's degree required, campus housing and residential experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of construction experience - commercial and/or residential preferred.
  • 1-3 years of property management experience. 
  • 1-2 years of P&L experience required. 
  • Certified Shopping Center Manager or Certified Property Manager certification a plus.

REGIONAL MANAGER
Critical in ensuring overall health and consistent development of the collegiate chapters within an assigned region. They work very closely with the volunteer support team assigned to their chapters to ensure that chapters are exceeding in all areas of chapter mechanics, implementing chapter/member development programs and adhering to Fraternity and campus policies. They help coach field consultants that travel within their region.

House Director
Tri Delta is looking for house directors on multiple campuses nationwide.  A house director lives in a chapter house as a paid employee and serves as the on-site property manager, supervises the staff, manages dining operations and maintains a positive working relationship with the Fraternity, Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation, chapter members, alumnae, school officials and vendors.  At most schools, house directors are employed to work for a 10-month period; however, many women choose to make the Tri Delta house their year-round home.  Applicants should send a cover letter and resume including experience and references along with a list of areas of the country they wish to work to:
