Unless otherwise noted, candidates for the following positions are expected to work full-time on location at our Executive Office in Arlington, Texas.

LOCAL HOUSE CORPORATION COORDINATOR
Tri Delta National House Corporation is looking for a House Corporation Coordinator.

Tri Delta's National House Corporation (NHC) provides support that enhances the Tri Delta collegiate living and learning experience; they manage budgets, perform accounting and day-to-day facility operations for Tri Delta properties, and ensure the growth that is needed to put Tri Delta as a competitive collegiate housing provider for its members.

The House Corporation Coordinator serves under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director of Operations and works collaboratively with other members of the National House Corporation staff, Executive Office and Fraternity volunteers.

Qualified candidates should possess strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as be an individual that enjoys collaboration, is organized, and takes initiative. The candidate should lead with the highest ethical, legal and social standards.

NHC Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable CLERK
Tri Delta's National House Corporation provides support that enhances the Tri Delta collegiate living and learning experience; manages budgets, accounting and day-to-day operations for Tri Delta properties; ensures the growth that is needed to put Tri Delta as a competitive collegiate housing provider for its members.

The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible
for accounts payable including entering in invoices and processing payments, keeps track of fixed asset additions and deletions, and is responsible for accounts receivable including entering payments received and making bank deposits.

This candidate should be organized, detailed oriented and familiar with quick books would be a plus! This is a PART-TIME position.

House Director
Tri Delta is looking for house directors on multiple campuses nationwide.  A house director lives in a chapter house as a paid employee and serves as the on-site property manager, supervises the staff, manages dining operations and maintains a positive working relationship with the Fraternity, Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation, chapter members, alumnae, school officials and vendors.  At most schools, house directors are employed to work for a 10-month period; however, many women choose to make the Tri Delta house their year-round home.  Applicants should send a cover letter and resume including experience and references along with a list of areas of the country they wish to work to:
