Unless otherwise noted, candidates for the following positions are expected to work full-time on location at our Executive Office in Arlington, Texas.


Vice President of Chapter & Member Development
Delta Delta Delta is hiring a Vice President of Chapter & Member Development. The Vice President of Chapter & Member Development is responsible for all areas of collegiate chapter operations and education, including the development and implementation of educational resources and programs and operations support; managing Tri Delta's Field Consultant Program and assisting in the cultivation of mutually beneficial relationships with host universities; assisting the Executive Director in facilitating governance by Tri Delta's Executive Board and select standing and advisory committees.

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree; preferably a master in higher education or a minimum of 8-10 years of relative work experience.
  • Significant experience in overseeing, managing, and creating processes and programs, particularly related to education/training, assessment and compliance.
  • Approximately 30 percent travel.

Director of PROPERTIES
Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation is hiring a Director of Properties.  Director of Properties for National House Corporation conducts the day-to-day management of National House Corporation and Park Street Properties facilities and maintenance; coordinates renovation and all major and minor repair projects; develops and maintains a three year management plan for properties; assists chapters with dining operations and the hiring process of house directors.  Travel is required.

  • One year of experience in the field of construction or property management
  • Certified Shopping Center Manager or Certified Property Manager certification a plus
  • Detailed oriented with good written and verbal communication skills

Director of chapter financial operations
The Director of Chapter Financial Operations serves as a financial consultant for our collegiate chapters, overseeing the development and implementation of all resources specific to collegiate financial operations. They will understand and apply general accounting principles to analyze data and trends, can identify key issues affecting the finances of the collegiate chapters, serve as the main point of contact for the Fraternity and the chapter's financial management system and supervise and train Tri Delta's collegiate financial volunteers. Some travel will be required.

House Director
Tri Delta is looking for house directors on multiple campuses nationwide.  A house director lives in a chapter house as a paid employee and serves as the on-site property manager, supervises the staff, manages dining operations and maintains a positive working relationship with the Fraternity, Delta Delta Delta National House Corporation, chapter members, alumnae, school officials and vendors.  At most schools, house directors are employed to work for a 10-month period; however, many women choose to make the Tri Delta house their year-round home.  Applicants should send a cover letter and resume including experience and references along with a list of areas of the country they wish to work to:
