Per the request of Phi Epsilon House Corporation Board of Directors, the Phi Epsilon House Corporation will host a Special Meeting on September 8, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Tri Delta House located at 865 Pine Haven Circle, Hattiesburg, MS 39406. To read the Special Meeting Notice, proposed Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation and proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Corporation, please do so at this link.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and adopt or reject the amended and restated Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Phi Epsilon collegiate and alumnae members, as well as members of the Hattiesburg, MS Alumnae Chapter who are in good standing with the Fraternity, are invited to attend the Special Meeting.
